Our Approach

Encouraging leaders to adopt a fresh perspective on mental health!

We offer tailored education and trauma-informed training programs tailored to First Responders, Healthcare Providers, Educators, and Corporations.

First Responders require the ability to verbally de-escalate and recognize various mental health emergencies to effectively deal with individuals in crisis. Healthcare Providers need to know how to properly assess and respond to individuals in crisis. Corporations can benefit from having employees equipped to support colleagues and customers experiencing mental health concerns and to guide them towards appropriate services. Educators and School Administration require the skills to identify and manage common mental health concerns in students. All individuals benefit from additional tools to better able care for self with handling the experiences of those they are helping.

All of our trainers and instructors possess extensive experience in Municipal and Federal Policing Services as well as post-secondary education fields.
